Tristana nerfs (fine by me) but 0 Lucian nerfs? (No, the mana change is not a nerf, it should have already been there in the first place, a free spell on a champ with that kind of passive is asinine) Are you kidding me? How about increasing the mana cost on his other abilities? So that he actually has to think about using his q, instead of spamming it whenever it is off of CD. Come on Riot, you can do better than this. I ban him every Ranked game I get for a reason (Platinum level)

Give it up, based on Riot's past performances, it is more likely to win the lottery than to see a proper nerf/buff to the right Champion. I am not saying that they are incompetent, but rather that their utmost objective is not always to achieve balance in their game.

Perhaps they are wary of implementing large changes, or wish to retain certain aspects of a champion for its identity, etc.

It may also very well be that they receive more profits when certain champions are over powered.

There are a lot of factors that influence the process of a balancing a champion, and one has to realize that from the standpoint of a player/customer who plays League for entertainment is very different compare to the perspective of Riot, who is in it for the business.

I always ban him and trist. I can't stand having those 2 in every single game.

They should have increased CD too.
