When is Riot going to start banning all of people's accounts instead of just the smurf they are playing on?

you can't ban someone main because their smurf, think of it this way, he gets his smurf banned then hes going to have to use his main or waste his time grinding up another smurf that hes eventually going to get banned on, by this sense hes either a sadist or just to stupid to know that hes wasting his own time getting banned.
Unless I'm mistaken, I'm positive in the past Riot has stated that it doesn't wish to I.P. bans or bans further than single accounts due to issues (multiple people in the same household wanting to make accounts, etc.).
Seeing your level, I'm assuming that you've recently had several matches with smurfs that have ruined your experience. Around level 30, smurfs begin to fall off, and you will encounter less of them in normal and in ranked matches; stick it out for the time being, as it will get better.
