Will we have normal missions now that ending of vs event is here?

Hello,can someone tell me now taht vs event missions are over,will we have new missions that award key fragments and some other usual game stuff,and when will those missions be implemented,and btw scence vs event is over and that victor emblem still can't be crafted what's up with that?
