NOT ENOUGH BLUE ESENCE

Hello,i just wanted to adress a problem that i assume everyone has,i'm currently at level 34 i got 4 champion capsules,from witch i got really crapy champions and i didn't get 2500BE from all capsules togather,i can't even buy a 3950 MYSTERY CHAMPION shard ,how do you expect,for god shake,us to buy 6300 be champions this way,because it seems that every 10 levels you can get just enough Be to buy 6300 champions,this is really broken of you riot i mean 450be champions dissenchant for 90 Be what is that.....make champion shards more valuble for disenchant of find a new way to distribute BE,this is really not enough BE and not even close to old system IP gains.
