Leaver buster flaws

There are some flaws with leaver buster for example with remakes if you dc or don't connect to server because riots fault you get a leaver buster witch is not fair

2 going AFK for 2-3 min to help a family member or do something important you should not get a leaver buster, I could understand saying lool gl AFK in chat then AFK and never come back yes that deserves it but going AFK for 2-3 mins and then coming back and helping team and playing properly should not give you a AFK or leaver buster. When giving out leaver busters the riot bot should look at chat logs too because most of the time if you do have a legit AFK eager he will say gl AFK bye and not come back but if you just need to leave for 5 min Max and tell your team and turn say okay np you come back and play that should not give you a punishment and that's how I now have a 20 min 5 game leaver punishment witch I think is unfair

Riot I understand leaving flaming and AFK the whole game yes that 100% deserves a punishment but me going AFK for Max 3 min when informing my team and them saying okay no problem and then me coming back and playing dose not deserve a punishment.

What are your guys thoughts do you think I deserved this leaver buster and do you think when handing these out the riot bot should look at chat logs to determine if they actually did AFK or quit the game by saying it in chat .
