Where is the lag coming from??? Plz halp D:

6-15 fps during action is making this game unplayable and idk where the lag is coming from. Watching task manager, memory usage never goes about 50% and cpu stays below 40% utilization during lag.

AMD Phenom II 6 core processor Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-UD4H motherboard. It's kind of old. 2x4 gig DDR2 dual channel ram AMD Radeon HD 7970 video card, 3 gigs memory windows 8 Dual display setup. League on main monitor netlix on 2nd monitor. Disabling 2nd monitor only reduces lag a little.

Case is most likely of players spamming URF. I also lag abit (EUNE) which like never happens.

So don't play rankeds untill URF is over.
