Jungle Karthus in the new season

I mained it last season with >60% win rate in gold 3. Ran it once, I feel like the jungle items aren't as good on him since with the new animation you have to slow down your Q's to autoattack and get the self heal by lowering dmg, and no more mana return on damage? I'm gonna skip it and start cloth, flat armor yellows and quints, up through armor in defense mastery, then get tear and revolver.

i think , late built into is still useful, but you have to get as soon as posible. Just sell jungle item when you have the gold for the last part of your build. Jungle route, i either start at the gromp or blue, take wolves and move to red, but that's just me. i'm still trying to find out tho.
