Is Urgot worth playing?
So I just played Urgot top and had a lot of fun, but I was wondering if he is any good in low elo(silver) or just a troll pick with out maining him.

He is a fantastic pick in all levels of play and is severely underrated.
He's not worth maining for low elo unless you actually find him fun. Still viable but not the best choice.

Not sure. Every time I play him I am underwhelmed. I wanted to like him - I like his concept. His mechanics are a little clunky, tbh.
Also, and I feel like I might be alone in this opinion, I feel like his ult is whack-a-doodle. Why would an ADC, specifically, need to re-position himself relative to his opponent. Just seems a little odd, tbh.

Oddly enough he counters yasuo
You can climb with any champion. You have a better chance climbing with a champ that makes you want to play and climb, rather than a champ that makes you want to not play.
That being said, of course lplaying a champion like 
will let you climb faster with dat freelo, but you still need to want to play and climb.
Theres a difference between improving and climbing.
He's definitely underrated. There's not enough data on him to tell you how much he is. Play him, and find out.
you can 1v1 a vayne and draven late game so yes
he is a strong pick all elos
He's great if you play him as a fighter champ. Stacking damage reduction items on him can make him pretty tanky.
Anything is good in low elo
Yes but it can take some games to excel.
Also remember in low elos your opponents will generally not know how Urgot functions which you can use to your advantage.
