Mord's dragon buf is REALLY lazy

I dont even know what to say like was ok like he had tons of dmg but he had no way to make some one fight him so if you didnt want to fight him you don't like can out run him there are thing you could do to help like make his W cast on enemy slowing them and speeding him up when he runs at them ( it could even shred there mr and armor)

Dragon buff is super lazy so is the solo XP which means you don't know how to balance him and are just saying he has to be higher lvl to be good (or op)
