Only way Riot comments is if you straight up insult them or say they suck

i agree. riot blows the donkey dick when it comes too actually communicating on their Forums. All they Respond with is. "oh, please send in a ticket and wait 5 weeks while we laugh at how stupid you are"
I agree with this. I made a post about how support ticket was flawed and such, with no response. I bump it plenty and everything. Other people commented to bump it. Nothing. I made a thread summarizing my convo with the support guy in an insulting manner and 2 of them rushed in.

For the most part a few key reds are very much active. Not when it comes to any type of balance though. Meddler might show up to say this is what we are doing, but will dissapear just as quickly when any counter point is made. At least he gives us something. The rest of the balance team won't say anything and honestly don't give a damn about what we have to say anymore in my opinion. We can't even get an AMA on there own shitty reddit forum.
Actually no,from what I've seen they comment much more often in threads that don't insult them.
Threads with constructive criticism get more responses than those who are insulting(doesn't mean that insulting threads don't get any,but they are ignored most of the time)
What I don't understand is why this post hasnt been deleted for being worthless disrespectful trash but when I bring up something about there being two of the same item with same effects gets deleted.
False. I have had riot comment on quite a few of my posts all champ concepts, art, and 1 poem. I might blow your mind but they can get all of the information they need without ever saying a word.
