IP to RP?

Riot, i think what your doing now is a good thing but i think it would be more rewarding to the player if he could trade massive amounts of IP for RP. When i say massive amounts i mean that maybe if some guys turns in 1500IP he would at least get 10RP. I know as a frequent player of this game that i find it irritating that i can never get the real world money to buys skins so i thought, hey, why can't we have a trade of IP for RP. now my friends say that that would defeat the purpose of RP but i say if anything it would encourage people to buy more RP plus be buy IP boosts which may in fact increase your profits. now, all the gamers reading this might say that agreeing with u guys to make more money off of our own money is wrong and immoral, but if u guys think about it they more we spend money on this game the more we r feeding riot the profits to make us more champs and skins. To me its a big circle, my money goes in and in return i get things like summoner rift updates, new skins, new champions, all that good stuff. My point is riot needs to make an IP to RP system. I hope u guys can agree with me.
