Buying champs off the website?

I think that league of legends should implement a feature that allows you to purchase RP and other champs and skins off the league of legends website. All you would have to do is log in and go to a sort of shop link. Please help make this a reality.

It would definitely be appreciated, but it seems a little too complicated to code considering that all you have to do is be patient for everything to work... Anyways, happy holidays!
