What's Yasuo's Hardest Counter Midlane?

Whenever I play a game, I always cringe a bit when I have to face a Yasuo. Since he's very mobile I would assume that most immobile champions would have a hard time against him. I've noticed that poke champions also have a hard time against him due to his passive shield and wind wall. Not to mention the absurd amount of mana it takes in landing some of these skill shots to do damage and the frequent difficulty of having to farm under tower as he pushes the wave pretty hard. A lot of melee midlaners seem to struggle too since getting to close can allow him to get off his Q knock up easily.

So who exactly hard counters Yasuo midlane?

Akali Irelia , these two champions are pretty good against Yasuo. You can still lose lane against Yasuo, with Akali you are fucked if you lose lane, with Irelia you just need TF. Late game though he still wins against you because his sustain and damage will be too high for either.

Annie will kill Yasuo before he can even damage her once she gets level 6. Zed can be good against him if you are good at Zed, also Heim can do well because he doesn't need to fight Yasuo to get ahead and can generally survive better in laning.

Yasuo have very few mid counter imo:

Kayle Free poke and heal/r Malzahar it's malz :/ Zed Fight evil with evil

Fizz , Annie n' Ryze can work too probably

Personally I got Lissandra and Build Full Damage and one shot him. NO counterplay at all for the Yas.

If you're looking for LCS-related stuff as counters to yasuo, vlad apparently works really well. Every time UOL has played it the opposing team has insta-locked vlad and rendered most of his "Trades" useless.

As far as what's yasuo's "hardest counter", Urgot is probably the best one. Not only do his ranged autos/q's break his shield, but they also make his damage much more managable. Considering his kit is more or less tailor-made to hard-counter melee-range AD characters, it's safe to include yasuo into that.
