teemos in the wrong spot, should be in the D's, because thats what he gives enemy adcs

Though to be fair teemo support CAN troll the enemy adc hard, max Q first for the longer blind duration>hide in bushes for the Invis>blind enemy adc when they go for cannon minion> flash mastery.

Also blinding the enemy adc in a teamfight (Especially a trist/twitch/kogmaw who get most of their damage from AAs) can win a teamfight. Plus shrooms can work as an early warning for ganks if you aren't a fool.

Tbh, i'd rather a teemo support than a lux, but overall I can see why an adc would not want their support to take teemo.

Is the client bugged? Why is there an empty space between Taric and Thresh ... ?
