Are Macros Allowed
Recently I saw a video called "How to attack move like a scripter" and it required binding z and x to attack move. So I was wondering if bindings like this were allowed

That doesn't sound like a macro, that sounds like they used in the in-client settings. If it is a macro, then no it isn't allowed.

Yeah what you're describing isn't a macro, and so is totally allowed. (It's also only really useful on 5 AS kog which is no longer a thing, as you can use default bindings to pretty reliably do what that particular pair of bindings is intended to do at normal attack speeds.)
Tbh Kog'maw animation cancelling is really weird, you have the impression of doing more attacks but in realty you lose attacks doing Z+X thing at really fast rate.
