How to balance LeBlanc

Her damage is ridiculous, but it's a fair enough trade off that she's squishy and somewhat mid ranged. The only thing that isn't mid ranged? her Etheral chain.

Etheral Chain's range is absurd. You can't even flash away far enough to not be within range. It's also the reason she's able to blow people up so easily.
