Tanks can one vs one Fiora with bramble vest and ninja tabi early game and then finish the game before it gets to late game.

Adc can burst Fiora before Fiora can get close to them.

Have you tried just out CSing your opponent? Because armor doesn't stop the %hp damage and you can just build lifesteal to heal off minions.

Fiora is fine. She's on the stronger end of the meta champion list I feel. She was a bit weaker after the movement nerfs, but they've rectified that, and she's back to being annoying as ever. Mind you I don't play Fiora much, but she's still hard to lane against for me at least.
