Option to turn off ability casting using the minimap

Lux's ultimate is one of the few abilities that will cast instantly, even if used outside of its range. It can also be cast using the minimap. This is quite the hindrance when playing Lux as I quite often need to Final Spark someone who is bottom right of my champion only to have the trajectory changed due to my cursor hovering over the minimap.

Would be nice if there was a tick-box to turn this off for these global abilities. I assume Vel'Koz's ultimate works in the same way.
