Leblanc Buff Next Patch

Hey Riot, i have some problems concerning leblanc not about her winrate but about her R clone. I was thinking why was it on such a low cooldown for something that does no dmg 180 seconds lvl 1 would Riot consider lowering the cooldown to 160 seconds? This buff will reward the good leblanc players that actually know how to use the clone to their advantage blowing the enemies crucial summoner spells before making that roam that puts your bot lane ahead.
