Suggestion for Preseason concerning base stats

I know that in the past Riot has seemed hesitant to support Hybridization of champions due to balance issues, but I do feel like with the removal of our current runes format there is an opportunity to support it in a healthy way. My suggestion is that champions such as Ezreal, Nidalee, Kayle, and Kog'Maw, that are capable of multiple builds and playstyles, are given both base AD and AP rather than just one or the other.

This is in reference to statements made by Riot that certain champions (i.e. Syndra) will be given base AP or AD in order to compensate for the loss of stats from the current rune setup. I believe that by giving champions who already have mixed damage in their kit and/or multiple damage playstyles a mix of offensive base stats rather than one or the other, more champion uniqueness will be created and some of the current champion kit problems(such as Ezreal's W being effectively useless in an ad build) can be rectified.
