Bugsplat in champ select

Twice in a row this morning my client bugsplatted during champion select causing me to lose lp and gain a dodge timer. This is pretty ridiculous that I'm losing LP over something outside of my control. I didn't do anything during this time that I don't normally do during champ select so I'm at a loss as to why this would happen. I'd attach some logs but apparently there isn't a way to add attachments on this forum
