Permanent Urf Mode WIP
I've posted the following messages on the "The Featured Game Modes Of 2014" page made by L4T3NCY. I urge Riot to at least hear me out and maybe even help my list to try and make it a reality. I Know full well that this is an EXTREMELY long long long long, and longer still, process to make this happen, but i think its worth at least throwing on the table.
Instead of this one rediculous buff that's overpowered, you get MANY rediculous buffs but each champion gets a different one. This makes it much more permanent and flexable (Buff/Nerf), and still grants the fun of urf mode.
To rephrase, lets say your playing Ashe, the buff would look something like:
Focus: "A true archer is always Focused" Automatically charges, even in combat.
Frost Shots: "Mana for arrows?" This Ability Cost No Mana.
Volly: "More arrows, more slow" Aplies Double the slow of your current level in frost shots and stacks with deminishing returns if Frost Shots is already applied.
Hawkshot: "My bird came back!" Has half its cooldown returned if it spots an enemy. (Multiplies with how many enemies it spots)
Enchanted Crystal Arrow: "Frozen, Solid." The stun from this ability is doubled VS champions who are already afflicted with frost shot/volly slow.
The buff defines who Ashe is, a kite heavy marksman who thrives when she can kite effectivly and freeze the right target in their tracks. Someone who's a little harder to buff without making them the clear winner is Kassadin. However the buffs dont necessarily have to be so overwhelmingly strong.
In a champion like Kassadin it wouldnt be based on his ability to delete people it would be more utility based and define what it means to get to the void and back alive, and what it does to a person.
Void Stone: "Theres more than magic in the void" Damage reduction also includes physical and true damage.
Null Sphear: "Ready For Anything" Magic Sheild Becomes Regular Damage Shield (Blocking both magic and physical damage)
Nether Blade: "The more mana, the better" When activated, Kassadin gains (X%) attack speed and increased mana refunds per auto attack.
Force Pulse: "The void doesnt wait" Ability gains one extra charge per spell used.
Riftwalk: "Take what you can" This abilitys cooldown is reset instantly on kill.
The above buff might not seem like much compared to Ashe's, but I think riot knows that in even unskilled hands this is a very dangerous picture i've created.
The buff would (Obvously) change depending on the champion you play, it would make that champion Overpowred like in URF, but it would define who makes them who they are and defines what makes each champion awesome in their own way.

**Aatrox:**
The goal of the aatrox buff is to awaken the darkin within aatrox and remind everyone that his sword, is truly alive.
Blood Well: *"The sword drinks EVERYONES blood."*
After blood well is finished with his rebirth, he gains Damage/Attack speed Based on level and % how full his well was.
Dark Flight: *"TO BATTLE"*
Due to his tendancies to coral his men, Dark flight has an extended range and the cooldown is reduced by 25% if he hits a target.
Blood Thirst/Blood Price: *"No Pain, No Gain"*
Both instances of this ability cost more at later levels but the effect is increased
Blades Of Torment: *"Too Close For Comfort"*
Any foe within auto attack range of this ability will take the cost of this ability in physical bleed damage.
Massacre: *"The Killing Never Stops"*
Scoring a kill while this ability is active extends its duration by 40%.
**Ahri:**
The goal of the Ahri buff exemplifies what it truely means to be a kitemage. Dont worry i wont go overboard. What? Dont you trust me?
Essence Theft: *"Essence in all things"*
Upon the 9th charge of this passive, Gain 10% missing mana back
Orb Of Deception: *"Stay Away From Your Minions"*
Minions hit with this ability will attack any champion also hit with this ability for 1.5 seconnd.
Fox Fire: *"What do they say?"*
Each application of damage from this ability applies a stack of "The Burning Fox" which slows by (5-10% per stack for 1.5 seconds.
Charm: *"Dont get hurt by the ones you love"*
Ahri takes 10% reduced damage from her "lover" for 3.5 seconds after this ability lands.
Spirit Rush: *"Strength Of Spirit"*
Ahri gains 20% movement speed for 2 seconds per jump if it hits an enemy champion.
**Akali:**
The goal of this buff is to show that she isnt just an assassin, she's a ninja. A-Ninssassinja?
Twin Disciplines: *"Force Might Penetrate~Your Defences"*
For every extra 1% magic damage/spell vamp, gain 1% Armor & Magic Penetration.
Mark Of The Assassin: *"Target Marked"*
Enemies hit with this ability will be revealed if they stealth and take 5% additional damage until the mark is popped.
Twilight Shroud: *"Into the night"*
Akali gains 20% movement speed while walking within 200 range of this ability (works if the other team has an akali as well, but does not stack at all)
Crecent Slash: *"Look At Those Kamas"*
Akali is stealthed for .75 seconds after she hits an enemy champion with this ability.
Shadow Dance: *"The Dance Of Death"*
Akali can activate this ability again instantly (Provided she has the stacks) but it cannot be used on the same champion for 15 seconds.
**Alistar:**
The goal of this buff is to show all of valoran that he will defend anyone who might harm his friends.
Trample: *"Some rage you just cant hold back"*
Alistar gains (15-35?)% Tenacity while he is trampling.
Pulverize: *"Its A Trap!"*
This ability Roots champions/minions/monsters hit by this ability after the knockup/stun for 1.5 seconds.
Headbut: *"I told you it was a trap.."*
This ability also slows by 55% decaying over 1.5 seconds
Triumphant Roar: *"YAY SCREAMING"*
Passive: after any kill/assist alistar gets, heal 15% missing health
Unbreakable Will: *"Your true damage cant milk those ether"*
Alistar also gains resistance to true damage while this ability is active.
**Ammumu:**
The goal of this buff is to give the sad mummy a reason for people who play against him cry just as much as he does.... Ok deffinetly not that much, but you get the point.
Cursed Touch: *"DONT TOUCH ME!"*
The duration of MR reduction is doubled, and at leve 11, so is the amount reduced.
Bandage Toss: *"Friends Forever!"*
The cooldown of his ability is reduced by 25% if it lands.
Despare: *"I Know The Feeling.."*
The cooldown of tantrum is reduced by 25% if it is use while this ability is toggled on.
Tantrum: *"They were angry tears all along, who knew?"*
Using this ability while despare is active heals ammumu for 50% of its damage. (Max 300)
Curse Of The Sad Mummy: *"Kills make him happy"*
Captured Enemies take 10% increased damage for its duration.
**Anivia:**
The goal of this buff is to Exemplify Anivia as the guardian of the freljord.
Rebirth: *"No Spawnkilling"*
After rebirth, anivia takes 15% less damage for 5 seconds
Flash Frost: *"Flash frozen"*
The projectile speed of Flash frost is doubled and the stun lasts 150% of its usual stun duration.
Ice Wall: *"I CAN FLY!"*
Anivia (and only anivia) can pass over/through her ice wall.
Frostbite: *"Icebite"*
If this ability kills a unit, it resets its cooldown and applies the frozen debuff to all the victims nearby allies in a 325 Radius.
Glacial Storm: *"Wear a coat or you'll freeze, litterally"*
Enemies cought in the storm for 2 seconds will be stunned for 1.25 seconds and will be delt 150% of frostbites damage (350% technecally)
**Annie:**
The goal of this buff is to show that annie is still a child, and her lack of restraint is very deadly.
Pyromania: *"Here, Have More Fire"*
Annies auto attacks burn her target for 5% of her ability power over 2 seconds.
Disintigrate: *"You wanna play too?"*
Upon landing, this ability explodes in a 200 Radius hitting all nearby enemies for 25% of this abilities damage and if her passive is up, 50% stun time.
Incinerate: *"It'll Be Fun.."*
The range of this ability is doubled, added length portions damage is reduced by half.
Molten Shield: *"HELP ME IM BURNING"*
Annie gains 15% movement speed while the shield is activated
Tibbers: *"TIBBERS!"*
Tibbers attacks 50% faster and gains 20% movement speed on hit while molten shield is active.
**Azir:**
The goal of this buff is to remind Shurima its emporer has returned, and is more than ready to retake his throne.
Shurima's Legacy: *"Its the sand that bends that doesnt... wait."*
Towers no longer decay.
Conquering Sands: *"Multitasking"*
Soldiers can attack while moving due to this ability
Arise!: *"Fight For Your Empire!"*
Soldiers gain .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds of life per auto attack up to 3 times.(azir now can only have 3 soldiers alive at a time.)
Shifting Sands: *"Protect Your Emperor"*
Soldiers gain 2.5 seconds of life more if they are jumped to with this ability. This ability also refreshes upon kill/assist.
Emperors Divide: *"Stay away!"*
The width of this ability is doubled.
