Lets talk about trinkets and "Scout"
Hey guys, Im a support player in currently low silver, and im just a little disappointed in the "Scout" mastery under the utility tree.
The mastery appears to be a quality of life feature to anyone with a trinket (Which should be everyone) who wants to use it from a further distance. However as a support, who puts 70% of my mastery points into the utility tree, i dont ever put a point into this mastery because it doesnt affect sightstone wards
as it does the trinket wards. 
I usually end up buying my sightstone at levels 4-6 so the mastery is pretty useless unless i wanted to use it for the blue or red tirnkets.
Getting this mastery for the red trinket is somewhat worthwhile because you can disable a ward without any chance of detection in most cases, however damaging the ward reveals you so its pretty counterproductive.
Getting this mastery for the blue trinket is what i believe is the best reason to get this mastery but as a support, i find that the blue trinket doesnt provide me enough incentive with this mastery as it has an already decent range post lvl9.
I prepose that we give the mastery a little tune up. Perhaps it also affects sightstone, or even all items with an active or passive effect. It would be worth a mastery point to increase the radius of a Locket shield, or disable a tower with ohmwrecker from slightly further away. Even if the % of scout had to take a hit, i would deffinetly pick up that mastery if it had a little more incentive into it that wasnt ether counterproductive or redundant.
Let me know what youguys think, a change in the masteries is always fun so hopfully we can make them the best they can be.
