cassio literally perfect atm, can actually start harassing heavily at level 2 and either get fb or push for a kill at 3 after regaining some mana from backwave. the passive changes are perfect and all around she feels relatively similar to pre-rework while having all the benefits of the rework. its much easier to gain stacks because you're not just playing a farming minigame, and instead of the usual 25-30 window for the 400 prior I'm able to hit nearly 500 around 18-20 consistently while ACTUALLY having a game impact because the passive requires smart trades/roams to really effectively utilize. i know ill get shredded by the community for saying all of this, but i think these changes are exactly what she needed and that she's exactly where she needs to be. she's a high skill cap champ and all of her power was always in her E, playing her to spam Q/W wasn't how she was designed and now the power of her E is more pronounced and more rewarding.
