Match History bug/no purchase order

In this match I accidentally went to lane without items, and instead of going back or anything I just farmed up for a BF/pot. Noticed upon checking match history that I did not have any purchase order available, however everyone else does. Unsure of reproduction rate but seems related as I have never encountered this prior, will update when I have a chance to try it again in a normal.
