lvl 24 new player with other lvl sub30's vs plat/diamonds with 1500-2500 games won?

im lvl 24 with 0 runes? the last couple days i finally decided to buy my 16 champions to even play drafted? i have 60 games won. Why am I playing normal draft games vs a full team of diamond platinum ranked 1500-2500 games won ppl? I will even have another unranked person also lvl 20-27 on my team vs a full diamond/platinum team... wtf is up??????

dont tell me my mmr is high.... ive lost my last 27 games in a row........ not to mention i spend 25+ minutes in que. per game..... from lvl 5 to 24..... MONTHS at this shit...... wtf.
