Shyvana broken on Twisted Treeline or what?

About 2-3 weeks ago, me and my 2 friends were playing 3v3 Twisted Treeline and we went into a match, on the other team there were... i don't completely remember who they had but they had a Shyvana with Smite on their team. After the match started, we headed to bot asap. thinking they will try to gank us from the bottom bush. The game went smooth, everyone was playing, we saw shyvana pop out sometimes but other than that she was gone from our map/sight. Top lane my friend was lvl 5, at bot lane there was me and my friend as lvl 4, when out of nowhere shyvana walks into sight at lvl 10. we were suprised and confused how the heck she got to that level without being in the lanes.. we ended up loosing that match since she was too tanky for us.

now im here to ask the question, Is she broken in Twisted Treeline jungle or did we just meet a modder/hacker? Really confused and been pondering this question for so long.

(My team isint 100% accurate, going with memory.. ill try to find the match later today)
