Fizz is broken

so is it just me or does anyone else think that fizz should just be deleted from game , aside from being just the weirdest looking champion he is broken as they come . from being able to dash then back flip (while dogging every alt in the game) a mile towards anything he is just a completely ridiculous champion , im pretty sure a 2 year old could win with him , I hate this champion so much I will go out of my way to over kill him just be cause it is necessary . does anyone else hate fizz with a passion . and does anyone else think he should be deleted like I do .
