Please release championship Zed!!!

Hi Riot, just a tiny request here..... I love you guys and all but I've been waiting for the championship zed skin to release from before my birthday, which was 2 days ago on sept. 20 and my Chinese birthday is coming up on the 23rd. So, I was wondering if you guys could possibly release the skin maybe today or on the 23rd. Thanks!!!
