Personally I think that Heimerdinger should be perma banned for definitely not dominion. All the games I've been in with a heimer have been absolutely no fun. The heimer just sits there at top turret with his mini turrets and its practically and auto win.
No, Evelyn is much worse. Getting 6 Ultra minions by 5 minutes is fucking disgusting
I feel like if your team works together to get and hold the top turret, Heimerdinger shouldn't be too much of a problem. But if the other team is the one that works to get and hold it, and your team is always going up there at a disadvantage, either 1v1 against a set-up Heimerdinger, or always outnumbered against your opponents, then you will lose and deserve to lose.
The real problem I think is that holding the top turret is the only thing in this game mode that really matters. That needs to be addressed.
