Keybindings

Ok am I the only one who thinks it's odd that there isn't a GUI for keybinding changes outside of being in a game? Loading into a custom game just to change my binds before a new match is kinda silly. Also, Blizzard does this cool thing where you can save and reaccess keybindings based on profiles that people can save. Then with a single click after setting them up you can switch between say your Jaina keybinds and your Arthas keybinds.
