Keep getting my queue ban for dodging extended without declining the matchmaking

There is literally no sound effect, the bubble doesn't pop up for me to click, it just sends a notification that says there was an error displaying the queue acceptance thing and now my queue ban is up to 30 minutes. What do I even do??!?! I just wanted to play but apprently Riot doesn't want me to play. I know my internet is fine because I'm constantly streaming without interrupt and I was able to successfully play a couple games earlier tonight but last two queue attempts have had the same result.
