Talon

Games are pretty fast paced, so he has a good edge at making other lanes win. The games are currently split between having tanks in a lot of the, and often times having fully squishy team comps. When there's a squishy team comp, Talon excels because of how much raw burst he has.

I wouldn't call him easy, but he's not super difficult. The difficult part of the champion is knowing when to go in without it just becoming a suicide, as well as when you should actually pick him. He can't always be blind picked.
