I would think not. It has been disabled for quite a while now. More than 10 hours.

I think it means that people complained enough to get them to turn it off. And if enough people did that I'm guessing riots gonna try to make sure people don't get what they want for being very rude. Either way for the people that haven't complained we will be screwed over I'm guessing, no draven no urf no nothing.
