I love Azir, I have level 5 mastery(24,611) but I just have such a low winrate with him. I perform decent ults but my bronze team just doesn't engage at the time so if you have any tips you can give me that would be nice.

Your playing a fairly team based champ... He can do a lot by himself but as of late he can't 1v5 and if anything catches him he's cooked.
Its okay to fall slightly behind in farm on azir or technically losing lane, your powerspike with 2 items should be high enough to compensate. You just have to learn how to hold range and when its better to just stay save and use your ult for peeling instead of the cool " insec" play. Azirs damage is high enough to 1 v 5 carry, especially in low elo. You just need some practise.
Stop trying to make plays with him if your team cant follow up? Sit there poke them from under tower with your team and siege. Youre azir, one of the best for sieging. In bronze you need to carry 1 v 9 and understand that. Azir is good, but maybe look for another 1 v 9 type of champion where u can solo carry your team.
Stop thinking the only damage you can do is by ulting in the middle of their team. Why all in and risk your life as one of the squishiest champs in the game? Would you go into the middle of the enemy team as 
? No? Then you shouldn't with Azir either.
