Basic Mastery Pages

I think adding basic masteries, like recommended builds except for masteries, would be great because it would save many players the waste of time of looking up their new champion on MobaFire and copying its masteries in the small 60 second window after picking a champion.

I just pre-made my mastery pages and I keep an empty page if I need a custom one.
