Downloadable Builds and Builds Tied to Account

One should be able to download builds directly to their account so that no matter which computer they are using, they will have their builds. It should be like Masteries. Aswell, if someone creates a build for themselves, they should be able to keep that build on their profile or something, at least be able to access the build's file. I just made two Gragas builds for myself on my friends computer, and now I want them too and cannot access the file. I spent like 30 minutes on those!
