Towers need a buff really bad

Towers die very quickly far to quickly in my eyes. They need to have more armor early game cause early game for some matchups when you die they can take the tower. Another thing that needs to done away with is stuff like lich bane damaging towers much which contridicts someone like Draven not doing more damage.

You litterally get ganked once bot, have to back, and the jg and bot lane takes your tower. you tp bot once from top and the toplaner takes your tower. The enemy team pushes to your nexus turrets one super minion takes down both turrets.

The great irony here is that turrets in League are huge badasses compared to other Mobas.

If I get fed on Juggernaut in Dota 2 I will casually walk up to you under your turret, press R, kill you, then use my W to heal me while I kill your turret. With or without minions.

Turrets in Smite are the closest to League I've seen, but even they won't save a Hunter (An ADC basically) from most assassins.

Heroes of the Storm? LOL. Abilities work on turrets, and as such many heroes can damage them from far outside their threat range. Sergeant Hammer can do this with her AAs alone.

Marksmen aren't the only ones that are supposed to be good at killing towers, the world does not revolve around them as some adc players seem to think.

I definitely agree that towers (and tower shot damage) need buffs though.

Lich bane should continue to do plenty of damage to turrets. It allows some AP champions to be able to enhance their siege and split push identities by also allowing them to not rely on the ADC to take the turret.

If Draven wanted bonus damage to towers, he'd have to have the axes bounce off instead of just refresh in duration. You'd be surprised at how many situations he doesn't want that to happen in.

Just make consecutive turret shots shred armor by 5% and deal 2% of the targets missing health per shot, doubling per attack and debuffing for 3 seconds to prevent turret juggling.

Turrets don't need a buff, they need a redesign. Whenever turrets feel generally strong in their current form, they stall games and that makes nobody happy. They're not supposed to be good at dealing or taking too much damage beyond the outer turret, and the real issue is that they look just like the turrets that are, which is why they feel so weak. Outer turrets should probably stay much the same, but inner, inhibitor and nexus turrets should probably change into completely different things, which should ideally feel strong at whatever it is they do, even if in reality they don't stall progress by too much over time.

How about all base turrets become twisted treeline nexus turrets =)

Those turrets don't mess around. Plus it will be harder to backdoor solo when your minion wave dies twice as fast.

Making towers less squishy will just encourage good tower takers to be picked.

Even if you do stop balancing Sheen items around how well they can take towers for some reason. Draven Q doesn't have a fixed cooldown like Sheen does and he already has an AS buff. Idk why you want to turn Draven into a turret smasher for no reason.

what if Towers get a buff when not Allied champ is near?? (about 3000 Units. almost around the next tower)

So if your lane gets killed, 3/4 man bot wont be able to insta melt it.

this on the other hand rewards those plays were you harrass away enemy champ while taking down tower

Ummm, I don't say this often on the boards because I think it's poor internet etiquette, but- that's really stupid. Lich Bane enhances your AA- that's what you use on the tower. You might as well do away with Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet too- it's literally the same ability.

I remember I saw a video of competetive game in YT once.

Blue side made successful gank in TOP lane at level 5. And then in mere 25-30s they have destroyed a turret. In just couple of minions.

And that was like 2 or 3 years ago.

If turrets are even weaker then thay could lose %max hp every second and heal enemies starting at level 1 at this point, cause they can't get worse

Towers should get progressively stronger as you approach the nexus, 'completely blows my mind as to why Riot hasn't done this yet.

The nexus towers should be multi-target and slowly ramp up over time to deal with super minions.

lichbane really is alright, mages still take turrets not as fast as marksmen for the most part
