Thoughts on Sett's W

I feel that the single best way to make Sett feel balanced to play against is to make it so his W is not unstoppable. This may come with a slight support bias of always having cc, but a Volibear or Singed can toss Sett mid-W and his W will still go through at the set timing. If his W was interruptible, however, it is more punishable rather than just getting a free shield and damage. Obviously the shield would still be kept, but that seems fine to me. Thoughts?
