Can we make reports more relevant?
When Lee Sin decides to afk because someone asked for his gank, then comes back after 20 minutes, still not busted by the system. His final words: "Report me if you really think it matters."

Ive seen people who say they get messages when they report someone and something happens. Ive reported a coupe of people that afk'ed at the beginning of the game and everyone on both teams reported and still haven't gotten one of those messages
