What's the most popular Master Yi build in high elo now?

I've been doing fine with Master Yi with a full crit build, but now that I look at higher elo Master Yi plays, I see they build him more of a tankier ghostblade build. When I tried this a while back, it wasn't that great for me. Was there something I missed about how high elo Master Yi players play Master yi or am I just a noob?

P.S - Will crit Master Yi carry me to high elo or should I probably fix the way i play yi for higher elo? I'm in Bronze atm.
