MisterHealYoGirl2 votesAnyone can build and use the Spoils of War passive on the Relic Shield line of items; all that's required is that you kill the minion. The execute is intended to make supports (who don't build damage) more able to last-hit in a lane with an AD carry on it.
Uiraya2 votesRelic Shield is great on Thresh IF YOU CAN DO IT. If you can't, your ADC is losing cannons because you didn't bother to learn how to do it and/or not realize your bullshit bonus magic damage is required for the "execute".
Of course, if you ARE a melee support, your adc is too stupid to let you get the cannons anyway, so w/e
