Garen is now GARBAGE

It's true, they murdered his ult, strangled his passive, and just straight burned up the damage of his Q... It makes Poppy look like a more viable choice for top lane. They have killed the spirit of all the meta-breaking AD Garen players out there. He cannot even solo against a fail top, for they nerfed his passive AD soo hard no amount of runes can save it. If you compare, Garen has the least amount of ad, even compared to mages and other tanks he has the least... They need it BRING DEMACIA BACK!!! {{summoner:10}}
