Lol that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. He's an even match for sejuani but he doesn't counter her. Also nerfing a champ because he is a strong opponent towards another isn't a good reason. Maybe if he could counter champions like Vayne, Kassidin, Leblanc, Maokai. Sure Garen is strong against other melees and tank but he is in no way an overpowering force that a good tank or melee bruiser can't find a way to fight.
