Why cant you make a better matchmaking system

Every game i play i have people feeding... these kids suck so much why cant you just match me up with good players? Its not even being selfish.. I lose every game cuz my team mates dont have a sense of game sense and they dont know what a map is... Why is silver a thing? might as well be bronze... Why cant u put me with a team that actually knows what there doing. These teammates dont even have brains... every game i had an akali going mid whose fking 0 for 11 and a bot lane who cant do crap... why is ranked matchmaking so bad?
