No season rewards for honor lvl 1?

If im honor level 1 do i not get the victorious orianna skin??? or anything no gold border no skin?

You need to be Honor 2 to receive your rewards. Honor 1 grants nothing.

Yup. You must be honor 2 or higher to receive all rewards.

i am gold but honor lvl1, if i get honorlvl 2 now do i get the goldborder?
