Soraka barier
I just checked soraka probuilds, why almost all of her games are with barier and why he is maxing E first and takes heal at 8 lvl? Is she good like this or he just trolls

I wouldn't take it too seriously, because these matches are all by the same person (in one of them it even registers the wrong lane opponent).
barrier is fine on soraka though, because she already has a way to keep herself relatively topped off, and barrier covers more then heal, and isn't affected by a lane opponent buying GW
