I'm not sure if match making takes into consideration rune pages and number of champions.

His rune page had 5.22 mpen 1.7 attac speed 5 armor and 18 ap LOL

My first ranked game on my smurf, I only had 16 champions and no runes at all. I went 28/0/6 as Ahri.
