Hello, my problem is that i love lulu, she's cute, she's great, and i'm sure her laugh made multiple enemies go mad, however since riot decided that she was supposed to be able to play sololane they nefed her so hard i find her to be weak as pepperoni playing support, is she still worth anything or other support absolutly outshine her in every possible way ?
If you can switch gears to be more peel-focused rather than poke-focused and have a competent ADC, I don't see why not.
Though in a meta where squishies gets blown up in .5 seconds, you're gonna have to be a real genius to play her well.

I think so. She still offers a hell of a lot, good slow, good poke, powerful cc, a shield, a speed up, and a health buff to either chain cc or save an ally. She has so much utility, its hard to imagine a situation where she wouldn't be a good support. Provided you can play her well of course.
