Lost a promo game thanks to a crash

Ok, a game was considered as a leave when i tried again and again because of a bug : games loads just fine and then i get connection related messsage and the game crash ( you have disconnected, please check your internet connection and try again ( wich i did, 5 times in a row ). I'm pretty sure it's not my fault since i could play just fine before and i could send rito a support ticket.

I didn't even get loss prevented.
